Burn up that record.

On 13 July 2018, Ryburn is going to attempt to bust the world record for the largest ever picture mosaic made from toast. With the support of Hadfields Bakery, and students from our neighbouring primary schools, we will be assembling our picture from 756 loaves of bread.

Raise some dough.

We're raising funds for two fantastic charities.

Candlelighters help to fight children's cancer. They provide live-saving treatments and support children with cancer to live as normal a life as possible. Without Candlelighters, our Deputy Head Girl would not be with us.

Dogs for Good bring trained dogs and people together to help them overcome specific challenges and enrich and improve the lives of both. Their dogs make life changing differences for people with disabilities and autism.

Crumbs, that's a lot of loaves.

The current record stands at 174 m2. Our team will be creating an image, designed by a student, out of over 13 thousand slices of bread, toasted to six different shades of brown. We're very grateful for the support of Hadfields Bakery, without whom this record attempt would not be possible.

A record breaking attempt is a fantastic opportunity to bring a community together for a challenge. It’s something people will remember for a long time, and a great way to raise money for good causes.

We'd loaf your help.

It's a big task. Your donations will help spur our team of bakers, toasters and toast artistes to smash that record. Show your support and donate to a great cause by sponsoring our attempt.

Individuals or businesses supporting us with a larger donation will be thanked on a supporters display at the event and on social media, and can be part of the record by placing a slice of toast.

A sight you'll never baguette.

We'll be creating our mosaic in the theatre art Ryburn on 13 July. Throughout the day, students will be able to view the work in progress. From 3.30pm until 5.30pm we will open our doors to the public and you can come and admire our accomplishment.
