Support the Sacred Music Festival

The Stroud Sacred Music Festival is a unique project promoting a message of unity and peace through all year round music and arts events culminating in an annual festival (6-7th July 2018).

We have had three beautiful festivals so far, that have each brought together a soulful and eclectic mix of music from many sacred traditions – including Christian, Hindu, Muslim and Jewish, as well as the music of indigenous peoples. With each year we have grown and more people have joined us for this vibrant and heartfelt celebration of difference and diversity within the community.

Whether or not you are a person of faith, everyone is encouraged to join in at our events. We want as many people as possible to experience the interplay between movement and stillness, between sound and silence. This shared experience is the heartbeat and lifeblood of our festivals, and we hope you will join us in the future.

To help make the festival as inclusive as possible admission to all events this year is by donation (£10 to £50 suggested amount for the whole festival). You can make your donation on the door or online using this site.

Making donations in advance will help us to cover the essential costs for artists and workshops. Your donation will also cover admission to this year's festival and we will keep a list of advance donors on the door. We also welcome donations from supporters who are unable to attend the events this year. The Festival is a non-profit event managed by volunteers for the wider community, all the events and performances are paid for solely by donations and fundraising.
