Plastic Brass on Facebook

My name is Christopher Leon Johnston, I have been involved in Brass Bands all of my life as a Euphonium player / Soloist and Musical Director.

Brass Bands I have played with / conducted over the years include : GUS, Camborne Town, St Austell, St Keverne to name just a few.

I am currently the Musical Director of The Marsh Gibbon Silver Band. Now I am approaching the tender age of 60! I decided it was my time to help those in need.

By creating Plastic Brass, a group of musicians to help Disabled people in the UK, by raising money for a Disabled Charity.

The chosen charity for 2017 is Milton Keynes Centre for Integrated Living (MK CIL).

Disabled people across the UK need help, and are getting lost in our society!

This event took place at Queens Court, Centre MK, Milton Keynes.

27th May 1-2pm 2017 for Plastic Brass and we performed for approx 1 hour.

Thirty Four Players turned out on the day!!!
