Help us elevate mental wellbeing to share the stage with physical wellbeing and feature in the daily habits and choices of our friends, family, neighbours, and community.
Paddles up for mental wellbeing
Dragon boating is an ancient chinese sport that embraces the fundamental elements of mental wellbeing at it's core... social camaraderie, team spirit, and a sense of purpose.
We invite you to be part of the first ever Dragon Boat Paddlathon to help us shine the spotlight on team sport for mental wellbeing.
There is something for everyone. No experience necessary!
Join our 3km lap of the bay boats for an introduction to dragon boating.
Up the ante and take on the 10km distance challenge!
Or challenge yourself and your team to a marathon event!
Half Marathon 21.1km / Marathon 42.195km / Ultra Marathon 55km
Trophies will be awarded to the fastest distance crews of the day!
The greater your challenge, the more funds we raise!

Funds raised will be donated equally to
Black Dog Institute - researching mental health in Australia
Headspace - supporting our young people in need.
